The Program :
The trainers will offer documented in depth training in the unassisted and
constant weight disciplines. Special attention will be put on freediving
physiology, the issues of squeeze and DCS and the benefits of developing the
dive response. Technique development, safety diving and applications of training
concepts and strategies will round off the program. Additionally we offer a free
data base, individual workshops and a team of safety freedivers who will assist
during all training. |

The Students :
Blue Spirit 2006 is an opportunity for open-minded people to expand their horizons, to learn and to improve as freedivers and to interact with some of the sport's leading individuals.
All participants, trainers and students are selected as much for their attitude, dedication, and devotion as for their specific skills or performance – it is our goal to provide an open, positive environment where everyone can grow and learn. It is our belief that thorough and rigorous training, focused on the qualitative aspects of the sport, will eventually translate into superior performance.
Like any physical or mental discipline, mastery comes through a love of the process, and we believe that this passion is shared by each hand-picked member of this event. |
